  • Septic System Permits (res, comm, or privy): $100
  • Registration fee for private sewage disposal system contractors (annual): $125
  • Non private public swimming and wading pool permit (annual): $100
  • Certified 5x7 or wallet Birth Certificates: $15
  • Certified Death Certificates: $15
  • Non-Certified Death Certificates: $5
  • Genealogy searches with hard copy: $5
  • Food service establishment and retail food permit (annual): $70
  • Reinstatement of food permit after suspension: $70
  • Temporary or mobile food permit - Per event: $25 or yearly: $70
  • Food service plan review (prior & after construction): $25
  • Administration fee for adults & children private stock vaccines: $20
  • Administration fee for all State funded vaccines (VFC & 317): $8
  • Adult Vaccines: Offered at current cost plus administration fee
  • TB testing: $20
  • Tattoo parlor operation permit (annual): $250
  • Tattoo artist permit: $50
